How You Can Pay

Paying for your move should be the easiest part of the day. We accept all major cards, cash and digital payments, and for local moves you pay only after the job is done. Long-distance moves need a small deposit to hold your date. Here is how every option works, when payment is due and what happens if your plans change.

Payment Methods We Accept

Credit & Debit Cards

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, charged only after the job is complete.

Cash at Move Completion

Pay the crew lead in cash and get a signed, itemized receipt on the spot.

Zelle & Digital Payments

Zelle, Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted, with the receipt sent straight to your email.

Cashier's & Company Checks

Cashier's checks for any move, and company checks for approved commercial accounts.

Pay-Over-Time Financing

Split larger moves into monthly payments through our financing partner, subject to approval.

Commercial Net-30 Billing

Approved businesses can be invoiced after the move with net-30 payment terms.

When Payment Is Due for Your Move

Local moves: no deposit. We hold your date with a card on file and charge nothing early.

Local moves: pay at the end of the job, once the last item is placed and you sign off.

Long-distance moves: a 10% deposit reserves your date and is applied to your final bill.

Long-distance moves: the balance is due at delivery, before the truck is unloaded.

Storage: billed monthly in advance, with the first month due when your items go in.

Payment FAQ

Can I cancel or reschedule without losing my deposit?

Local moves can be canceled or rescheduled for free up to 72 hours before your date. For long-distance moves, the deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 7 days before pickup, and you can move it to a new date at no charge if you reschedule.

Do you charge extra for paying by credit card?

No. The price on your estimate is the same whether you pay by card, cash or Zelle. We don't add card processing fees or surcharges. The only cost difference comes from the services on your estimate, never from how you choose to pay.

Is a tip for the crew included in the final bill?

No. Tips are optional and never added to your bill. If you want to thank the crew, you can tip in cash directly or ask the crew lead to add it to your card payment. Every dollar of a tip goes to the movers who worked on your job.

Why is the long-distance balance due before unloading?

It is standard practice for interstate moves under federal rules and protects both sides. You have already seen your goods arrive, and the driver can unload and set up without stopping. The amount due is the written estimate you approved, so there is nothing new to negotiate at your door.
