Sarah Whitfield

Operations Manager

The Person Who Keeps Every Move on Schedule. Sarah Whitfield runs daily operations at Nevada Movers. She builds the schedule, matches crews to jobs, plans routes across the valley and makes sure every truck leaves the yard loaded, fueled and on time. If your crew arrives at 8 am sharp with the right number of people and the right equipment, that is Sarah's work. She joined the company in 2016 after years in freight logistics.

How Sarah Keeps Moves Running on Time

Before moving, Sarah spent almost a decade coordinating freight for a distribution company in North Las Vegas. She learned to plan around traffic on I-15, summer heat, late trucks and clients who change plans the night before. When she joined Nevada Movers in 2016, she brought that discipline with her.

Her rule is simple: no crew should stand around waiting, and no customer should wait on a crew. Every job gets a realistic time estimate, a truck matched to the load and a backup plan if the morning goes sideways. She checks the schedule twice a day, keeps a spare crew on call for busy weekends and tracks every truck from the yard to the final stop.

She also runs the maintenance schedule, which is why our trucks rarely break down on the road. Most customers never talk to Sarah directly, and she likes it that way. If a move feels smooth and uneventful, she did her job.

"

A good move is boring. The crew shows up on time, the truck has everything it needs, and nobody has to call the office asking where we are. My job is to plan the surprises out of the day before they happen.
