Mike grew up in East Las Vegas and took his first moving job the summer after high school because it paid cash and started early. He stayed because he liked the work. By his mid-twenties he was driving 26-foot trucks, and then long-haul routes to California, Arizona and Utah for a national carrier.
Those years showed him what customers hated most: a low phone quote that doubled on move day, crews made up of strangers and nobody answering the phone when something broke. In 2012 he bought two used trucks, hired three people he had worked with before and started Nevada Movers with one promise. The price you agree to is the price you pay.
The company has grown a lot since then, but Mike still reviews pricing, interviews every new hire and visits crews on jobs. On the harder moves you will usually find him on the truck, doing the heavy lifting alongside the team.
